Refund and Returns Policy
From the day it arrives, you have 30 days to request a return.
How to return something
Email [email protected] with the order number to begin.
It contains the return address and what to include.
The packaging it came in is the packaging to use.
Refunds take five to seven business days to process after the parcel is back with us.
Condition
Items must be unused, with all parts and packaging present.
Anything unsealed that is used on a person is excluded from returns.
Who pays for the return
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods come back free of charge. Other returns are at your own cost.
