Cancelling an order
There is no charge to cancel an unpacked order. A despatched order has to come back as a return.
The timeline
Before packing
Cancel free of charge. Nothing has left the stockroom.
Being packed
Call +1 800-675-9669 — we can often still stop it at the bench.
After despatch
The order cannot be cancelled; use the returns process instead.
Refund issued
Cancelled orders are refunded in their entirety, generally within five to seven business days.

Cancellations by us
On the rare occasion Little Folks NYC cancels, it is damaged stock, a price error or a delivery area problem. Everything is refunded and nothing is substituted without permission.
